Auction Process

Any person or entity incorporated or domiciled with a legal address in the United States is eligible to bid. Bids must be submitted electronically at https://www.colom-peq.org/online_bid_form.html. Fax or other forms of bids will not be accepted. Prior to or with its bid, each bidder must provide performance security in the amount of $50,000 or half the total value of its bid(s), whichever is less. Please, contact the COLOM-PEQ Administrator at administrator@colom-peq.org for wire transfer instructions. Wire transfer instructions will also be provided on electronic receipt of the bidder's submission.
